ABOUT US

The HCC Story
Jeremiah Hilger and Cameron Cartwright bring a combined 38 years of construction management experience to HCC. They have a combined 29 years of working for leading national construction firm Crossland Construction. Crossland generated over $165M of project revenue in 2020 out of their Northwest Arkansas division headquartered in Rogers, AR. Forming their own company in 2022 after years of working together was no accident. Jeremiah and Cameron hit the ground running and their financial and customer project performance is what one would expect of a more established company. Agile and quick to respond, HCC is quickly becoming the "go to" contractor for a variety of commercial construction work in NWA.
